Peppers Palm Bay is located in The Whitsundays, centrally located on the Queensland coast and on the edge of the World Heritage listed Great Barrier Reef. Only 20 minutes by boat from Shute Harbour near Airlie Beach.

There are a couple of options available to you for getting to Peppers Palm Bay. Please call Peppers Palm Bay on +61 7 4946 9233 to talk through the best options for you. Once you have made a reservation and finalised your travel arrangements, please contact the retreat to advise arrival and departure details, and confirm connecting transfers. From Hamilton Island Airport

Virgin Blue and Jetstar fly into Hamilton Island Airport.

If you are flying into Hamilton Island Airport you can transfer by Helicopter or Seaplane direct to Peppers Palm Bay, or take the Cruise Whitsundays ferry to Long Island, where Peppers Palm Bay will collect you via the property's own vessel 'Jetstream'.
From Whitsunday Coast / Proserpine Airport

Virgin Blue and Jetstar fly into the Whitsunday Coast / Proserpine Airport in Proserpine on the mainland.

From Whitsunday Coast / Proserpine Airport you can transfer by helicopter or seaplane direct to Peppers Palm Bay.  Alternatively transfer to Shute Harbour by shuttle bus (approx $22 per person), taxi (approx $80) or luxury limousine (approx. $100). From Shute Harbour, you will be transferred by private launch to Peppers Palm Bay aboard the property's own vessel 'Jetstream'. This 20-minute transfer operates 5 times daily.
