Conferencing

BreakFree Grand Pacific has two conference rooms (the Osprey - 60 pax and the Pelican - 70 pax) available and can accommodate up to 130 delegates with theatre style seating when both rooms are opened up into one large room.

Each room is fully air conditioned, soundproof and fully equipped with whiteboards, paper easel stands, overhead projector. Curtained windows allow for total block out or natural light and there is an outdoor dining breakout area. Full servicing (chilled water, mints, etc) during conference is offered as well as internet and telecom connections and access to the experienced onsite Conference Coordinator. Any additional equipment is readily hired at the request and cost to the conference booking.

Catering for morning and afternoon tea, lunch and barbecue dinners can be arranged with optional menus. Numerous local restaurants charge back to Resort for pre-arranged larger bookings to cater for Conference Delegates' evening meals.

Conference facilities include:

  • Catering for up to 130 delegates
  • 2 conference rooms 
  • Theatre style seating when both rooms are opened into 1 large room
  • Business services including internet access, photocopying and faxing
  • Specialised conference equipment is available to hire

Full Day Delegate Package from $37.50* per person (normally $45)

Your package includes:

  • Arrival tea and coffee, morning and afternoon tea
  • Conference luncheon (select menu)
  • Conference room hire
  • Conference audio visual equipment including screen and whiteboard with markers
  • Room set up including iced water, mints and table stationery (pads and pens)

Accommodation from $144* per night per room (single share) in a 1 Bedroom Apartment including breakfast or $232* per night per room (twin share) in a 2 Bedroom Apartment including breakfast for two.
