• Parties are not permitted in apartments
• Registered guests only permitted in apartments after 9pm
• Excessive noise will not be tolerated

Failure to comply with the above will result in eviction of the guest/s from the property. Q1 Resort & Spa reserves the right to retain all accommodation paid.

Sub Penthouse Reservations Bond Information:
Photo ID of all occupants & a Security Bond of $1,000 (4 guests or less) or $2,000 (4 or more guests) is required payable on check in by cash or credit card.

Important Information

Please note for all reservations travelling over peak season (22nd - 24th October 2010 and 26th December 2010 - 8th January 2011) payment will be required 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that when travelling over these dates, Mantra standard payment conditions do not apply.
