Important Information

1.Maintenance Notice: Painting and concrete rectification works
Dates: 4th April – October 2010  Mon – Fri 7am – 3.30pm
Possible impact on guests: No facilities will be affected during this process, trades people will be accessing balconies and exclusion zones will be around the building.

2.Surfers Paradise Construction: As a fast moving city centre, there is a medium level of new building construction currently underway in central Surfers Paradise. Please note that there may be some associated noise during regular business hours.

Booking Notice: Please note for all reservations travelling over peak season (22nd - 24th October 2010 and 26th December 2010 - 8th January 2011) payment will be required 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that when travelling over these dates, Mantra standard payment conditions do not apply.
